Overview

The terms below set out the basis for any subscription or purchase made through RebelAnt Trading Ltd.

RebelAnt Trading Ltd has a variety of pricing plans available, the details of each should be clear at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions are charged at the beginning of each billing period (e.g. Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, 5-Yearly) and are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed by RebelAnt Trading Ltd. Cancellations can be made at any point and will stop any future billing periods taking place where they have not already begun processing.

You may update or cancel your subscriptions through the Subscription management portal.

It is the user's responsibility to take all reasonable measures to protect their account credentials and ensure no sharing of their account takes place.

All software and service subscriptions provide for use by a single named individual, and are subject to individual license terms limiting use to one specified machine unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The software shall not be shared and the outputs of the software shall not be distributed to others in a way which would negate or mitigate their need to purchase said software.
There shall be no attempt made to reverse engineer the software or replicate the functionality of the software, or in any way undermine the commercial interests of RebelAnt Trading Ltd.

All software and ideas contained within the distributed software and services remain the intellectual property of RebelAnt Trading Ltd. Subscribers and purchasers have no rights to such.

RebelAnt Trading Ltd enables access to the software and services on a best efforts basis.
No warranties or guarantees are given regarding the software or service, including its availability, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
The software and services are provided ‘as is’ and you use these at your own risk.

RebelAnt Trading Ltd is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from use of the software or service, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

RebelAnt Trading Ltd reserves the right to terminate any agreement at our own discretion should the need arise, including but not limited to breaches of Acceptable Use or missed payments.
Pro rata refunds will be given in such circumstances where there has been no fault of the user or breach of Acceptable use or consequential damage to RebelAnt Trading Ltd or its commercial interests.

RebelAnt Trading Ltd reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the software service or the terms of service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email and continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of new terms.

RebelAnt Trading Ltd is incorporated in the United Kingdom. The terms and provisions contained herein shall be governed under UK Law.
If any terms are deemed invalid, the rest of the terms shall remain in whole or part thereof.
