We share certain information with direct technology partners (e.g. AWS, Auth0, ChargeBee). This data is only shared for necessary operational purposes relating to the running of the service, not for marketing related activity.

We and our partners use Industry standard techniques and processes to ensure the safe handling of your data. We have chosen to utilise leading technology partners in areas such as Billing and Identity Management to ensure the highest standards of data handling and processing.

Data Retention:

Billing data is deleted within 31 days of service cancellation. We may maintain your name, email address and phone number for a longer period as part of our accounting reporting requirements and marketing (where marketing consent has been given).

Individual Rights:

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold on you and request its alteration or removal.
